6.5% abv | Minnesota grown Juliet Cherries, picked by our brewers, produced this fermentation from MN wild yeasts on the fruit skins. Dark red sour cherries.

4.2% abv | American influenced light German-style lager. Brewed to be refreshing while still true to pure lager flavor.

5.4% | A style born from a time when immigrant German brewers first introduced their processes to native grown raw material found around the great plains. This Keller style is younger and unfiltered compared to our well-aged and filtered offering.

Wheat beer with yeast. Sparkling, fruity, and sharply refreshing.

6.3% abv | A wonderful expression of the aromas and flavors of Vienna Malt. A strong and blond version of the all too familiar copper lager. Very food friendly.

5.3% | Dunkel Lager made with Dinkel Malt (Spelt). An ancient grain (wheat) that when added to a brewer's mash brings up the other malt focused flavors and softness into the body.

5.8% abv | Dark lager built like a golden Pilsner, mashed with coloring malts that lack intense roasted flavors. Generous portions of Noble hops (Czech and German) were added for flavor.

4.6% abv | Light, refreshing Mexican-style lager brewed with the inclusion of flaked maize.

5% abv | Smooth lager beer made with Michigan-grown cherries.

9.25% abv | Special Belgian ale offering pleasantly warming plum/juicy fruit aroma with a wine like finish.

4.6% | Golden lager and Sovereign Grounds (S. Mpls) coffee beans. Rich espresso woven into golden malt flavors.

8.5% abv | Red Belgian-Style Ale made with malts and candedi sugar from Belgium. Spiced with Orange peel and Grains of Paradise. Toffee, fig, chocolate and citrus flavors.

3.8% abv | Our House-made Dortmunder Export Lager with tomato juice, a spice blend of chilis, paprika, horseradish, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Tajin rim and lime garnish.

3.8% abv | Our house-made Dortmunder Export Lager with Clamato, a Tajin rim, and lime garnish. Hot sauce or Maggi sauce available upon request.

9% abv | A sinister strength under a veil of drinkability. We used MN Basswood honey in place of traditional candy sugar. Esters, malts, honey and hops in golden entanglement.
