From the filter, the beer moves to the beer servers. These are carbonating tanks, holding tanks and serving tanks. Kegs are also used to store and serve beer, if needed. Once fully carbonated, the beer is pushed, using carbon dioxide and/or nitrogen, to awaiting customers at the bar and restaurant.
