G’Morning, G’Afternoon and G’Night: A Town Hall Brewery Food Journey Spanning Breakfast to Dessert

Town Hall Brewery will host G’Morning, G’Afternoon and G’Night, a menu showcase spanning dishes from breakfast to dessert, 10 a.m.–noon, Saturday, November 17. The event will feature four meals with drink pairings, including bourbon-based cocktails, barrel-aged beers and cider. Town Hall’s new Bourbon Barrel Aaged Maple Syrup will star in each dish and select drinks. The specialty syrup is also available for purchase at the brewery.

This new series represents what Town Hall is known for — great beer, in particular those that are aged in barrels, amazing cocktails, fantastic food, a broad guest cider program and a creative and innovative approach.

Beyond the menu, there will be a drawing at this fantastic feast for two Pint Club memberships, which provide beer deals for a lifetime. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased at Town Hall Brewery or by emailing events@townhallbrewery.com.

Aperitif:Maple cream cocktail with spiced butter cookie

 

First Course:  Bourbon-battered butter pecan brioche French toast

Drink Pairing:Butter washed Old Grand Dad with maple cube

 

Second Course:Alderwood smoked Atlantic salmon salad with jicama, radishes and barrel-aged maple and Vine’s Eye dressing

Drink Pairing:Shacksbury Dry Cider

 

Third Course:Maple glazed turkey breast with wild rice stuffing, roasted potatoes and barrel-aged maple cranberries

Drink Pairing:Pumpkin Ale

 

Fourth Course:Crustless pecan pie with bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup

Drink Pairing:Tennessee Dessert barrel-aged beer
