DONATIONS & SPONSORSHIPS
We’re committed to supporting our community through a variety of sponsorships, donations, and events. If you think that your group would be a good fit, please let us know by filling out the Donations Request form. Before you do, please read the donation guidelines below.
GUIDELINES FOR DONATION & SPONSORSHIP REQUESTS:
- All donation requests must be submitted via the form. We cannot accept mailed documents, emails, or social media requests for donations.
- Requests must be submitted no less than 45 days prior to the date of your event.
- The request form must be filled out completely in order to be considered.
- We cannot make more than one donation to any organization during each calendar year.
- Please allow 10-14 days for your request to be considered. We will respond to requests using the email address you submit.
- It is our goal to fulfill as many requests as possible. However, due to the large number of requests we receive, we are unable to fulfill every request.
WE RESPECTFULLY DECLINE TO SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING:
- Causes or events intended for personal or corporate profit.
- Personal events such as weddings and birthday parties.
- Sports teams, bands, or musicians (we have worked, and will continue to work with a few sports teams, but there are just too many to make everyone happy).
- School events, PTA groups, and other events involving children. Even if children will not be attending your event, we feel that mixing alcohol and organizations involving minors sends the wrong message.
