Ping Pong Tournament

Our third annual Ping Pong Tournament kicks off at 10:30am on Sunday, January 29th. Round-robin pool play will be followed by an elimination round – each participant is guaranteed at least four games. The elimination round is seeded into three different groups based on group play to help insure that players compete against others who are roughly similar in ability. Register at the Brewery to reserve your spot – the entry fee is $25. Cash prizes are awarded for winners at multiple skill levels!

This is a recreational tournament. Players with a USATT rating higher than 1300 are not permitted to compete. Players who have never heard of a USATT rating are welcome.

Chili Cook-Off

Our annual Chili Cook-Off takes place at the Brewery on the morning of Super Bowl Sunday. There is no entry fee if you pre-register ($10 fee for day-of registration), and prizes are awarded to first place, second place, and People’s Choice entries. First place wins a prize package worth $300!

Public tasting begins at 1pm – for $10 you get all the chili you care to eat, plus a People’s Choice ballot and a drink — coffee, juice, mimosa, or a pint of Town Hall Brewery beer.

Contestants must deliver at least 5 quarts of their chili by 11:30am on the morning of the Cook-Off, warm and ready to serve in their own crock pot with a serving utensil. Toppings may be provided, but will not be included in the judging.

Winners will be announced at 2pm, giving everyone plenty of time to get to their Super Bowl party on time!
